Nica brings a wealth of experience from prestigious organizations, serving as a Marketing Consultant at the United Nations, an Account Manager at the Royal Bank of Canada, and a Director of Continuous Improvement within the aerospace manufacturing sector. Before embarking on these professional journeys, Nica spent over a decade immersed in international trading with his family, all while pursuing his studies full-time. His diverse background also extends to the real estate brokerage industry, where, at RE/MAX, he successfully facilitated nearly 500 transactions, amounting to over $130 million in transaction value. Through these achievements, Nica has proven his exceptional analytical skills, particularly in assessing feasibility and profitability.

Nica's responsabilities are growing our public and non-public membership base in the US and key international markets while identifying new strategic partnerships that will leverage the reach Long Shen into new opportunities.

He will develop and execute a corporate strategy that emphasizes opportunities to partner with stakeholders who share the Long Shen’s values.

His principal objective is to harness the power of Long Shen’s content, events, and programs to reach new prospective members and partners.
